LUMOS has been renowned home cinema specialist brand that originated from Singapore. Since then, our award-winning projectors have been loved all around the world.
Being a specialist brand, our technology and capability has been at the forefront and recognized by the top content providers - being officially certified by Netflix, Youtube, Dolby Audio.
We have now expanded to Australia, having set up local operations - ready to offer the best-value, top-notch home cinemas, which are loved around the world, to Australians.
What sets LUMOS apart?
Our projectors are built with leading tech specs but cost a lot lesser, almost 50%, due a direct-to-consumer business model where we sell without the middleman for eg, a storefront, a distributor, a retailer. Because of this, we eliminate the markups and pass it as cost savings to the consumers so that they can enjoy a well-built projector at a great price!
What does it mean to have Officially Certified Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video apps?
Existing smart projectors in the market rely on open-sourced Android systems and loads apps into it.
More often than not, these apps face a lot of issues like inability to use it at all, updating problems and remote control incompabaility.
With our apps being Offficially Certified by Netflix, Youtube themselves, this means that the apps will uphold the top-notch standard of usability, speed, updatability and compatibillity - ensuring you the proper access and usage of it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all debit and credit cards payment via our fully-secure Airwallex, one of the largest and most reputable checkout platform in Australia and worldwide.
How long is shipping?
We ship locally and all the projectors are in our Melbourne warehouse.
Upon ordering, it will take up to 4-7 business days for you to receive the item.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel leaves our Melbourne warehouse.
Do you have a physical store?
As we operate on a e-commerce level, we do not have a physical store. To keep costs low, we cut all these physical costs such as rental, space, manpower, electricity in order to pass these cost savings to you and offer you the best value prices for our projectors.

What is the warranty policy?
All our projectors come with 1 year local onsite warranty, which covers all the parts & components within. Warranty is automatically registered with your order and starts upon delivery, so no action is required on your end.
Rest assured that our dedicated local support team will be here for you should you require any assistance!
What is the refund policy?
As covered by the warranty, we do 1-1 exchanges/repairs for product faults but refunds are not allowed once the original packaging has been opened.
